Home / Spray Foam Roofing
A seamless, fully adhered commercial roof that insulates while it waterproofs, sprayed directly over your existing roof to fill the low spots, stop the leaks and cut the heating and cooling load, with no tear-off and a renewable warranty.
Certified To Install
It gets patched, it holds through one dry spell, and it is back the next time the wind drives rain the wrong way.
We find where the water actually gets in before anyone quotes you a system.
A full tear-off was quoted on a roof that may not need one, and nobody showed you the condition of the deck.
We say so when a roof does not need replacing, even though replacing it pays us more.
Mil thickness, ponding ratios, a system name you were told to trust. You are responsible for the building and cannot check a word of it.
Nothing happens on your roof without you knowing first. That is the rule here, not a slogan.
That is the one that costs the most and it is the reason this company exists. The contractor who came in sixty thousand dollars cheaper than us on a roof nearby is no longer trading. We are the ones installing the replacement.
Ask us who services your roof in year three. It is the only question on this page we can answer with a name.
Spray polyurethane foam is applied as a liquid and expands into a single, seamless layer that bonds to the existing roof. There are no laps and no fasteners through the membrane, which removes the two places most commercial roofs leak.
Because it is sprayed to thickness rather than rolled out flat, it can correct the drainage problems the old roof had, filling low spots and building slope toward the drains instead of sealing standing water in place.
Every other roofing system waterproofs and leaves the insulating to whatever is under the deck. Foam does both at once, adding real R-value across the entire roof plane with no thermal bridging at fasteners or seams.
The foam is protected by an elastomeric top coat that takes the UV and the weather, and that coat is renewed at the end of its term. As a Conklin Preferred Contractor, we install American-made systems and register every project for its full-term warranty.
Foam is applied as a continuous layer with real R-value, so the roof stops being a hole in your building envelope. On a heated and cooled building in this climate, that shows up on the utility bill every month.
There are no laps, no fasteners through the membrane and no seams to open. Wind uplift has nothing to grab, and water has nowhere to enter.
Foam is sprayed to thickness, so low spots and dead-flat areas can be built up and drained properly, something a membrane laid over the same deck cannot do.
We walk and scan the roof, confirm the deck is sound and dry enough to receive foam, and give you firm numbers with the photos behind them.
The roof is cleaned and prepared, wet insulation is cut out and replaced, and anything loose is fastened down. Foam needs a sound, dry, clean substrate to bond to.
Foam is sprayed in a continuous layer, built up at low spots so water drains instead of sitting, and worked around every curb and penetration as one monolithic surface.
A protective elastomeric top coat is applied over the foam for UV and weather protection, then registered for a manufacturer warranty of up to 20 years, honored the full term.
Straight answers on cost, timeline, and what a restoration actually involves. No jargon, no sales pressure.

In most cases yes. Foam bonds directly to a sound, dry, clean substrate, so an existing built-up, metal or single-ply roof usually becomes the base rather than landfill. Wet insulation has to come out first, which is why the moisture scan happens before the quote.
It is the one roofing system that adds meaningful insulation to the building envelope as part of waterproofing it. On a conditioned building in Western Pennsylvania, where you are heating hard in January and cooling in July, that monthly saving is part of what you are paying for in the spray foam roof cost.
No. The top coat is the sacrificial layer, and it is recoated at the end of its warranty term for a fraction of the original cost. The foam itself stays. That is what makes it a renewable roof instead of a repeating capital expense.
Closed-cell roofing foam is dense and rigid, and walk pads are added at service routes and around equipment. It handles normal maintenance traffic well. Hail damage is repairable in place, which is not true of most membranes.
Most commercial roofs are done in days rather than weeks, and because nothing is torn off, the space below stays in use throughout. We schedule around your operation, and we do not leave a deck open overnight, because we never open one.
