The commercial roof inspection itself is usually a few hours depending on size and access. You normally have the photographs and the numbers within about a week of us being on site.
No, and most owners are not. We need access and somewhere safe to get up. We will walk you through the findings afterwards, in person or on the phone, whichever suits.
Then we will tell you that, show you the moisture readings behind it, and quote it. We would rather lose a restoration sale than sell you a coating over a roof that is finished.
