You have probably
been here before.

The leak keeps coming back.

It gets patched, it holds through one dry spell, and it is back the next time the wind drives rain the wrong way.

We find where the water actually gets in before anyone quotes you a system.

The replacement quote made you wince.

A full tear-off was quoted on a roof that may not need one, and nobody showed you the condition of the deck.

We say so when a roof does not need replacing, even though replacing it pays us more.

You were talked over, not talked to.

Mil thickness, ponding ratios, a system name you were told to trust. You are responsible for the building and cannot check a word of it.

Nothing happens on your roof without you knowing first. That is the rule here, not a slogan.

“The last roofer took the check and went quiet.”

That is the one that costs the most and it is the reason this company exists. The contractor who came in sixty thousand dollars cheaper than us on a roof nearby is no longer trading. We are the ones installing the replacement.

Ask us who services your roof in year three. It is the only question on this page we can answer with a name.

Find It, Don't Guess

The Repair Starts With Knowing Where the Water Gets In

A commercial roof rarely leaks where the ceiling tile is stained. Water finds an opening at a seam, a fastener or a penetration, then runs along the deck until it finds a way down. Patching directly above the stain fixes nothing.

We walk the whole roof, photograph the details that fail first, and where the damage suggests trapped water we scan the insulation. Then the repair goes where the problem actually is.

The Honest Part

When a Repair Is Enough, and When It Is Not

Plenty of roofs need a repair and nothing more. If the deck is sound and the failure is local, that is exactly what we will recommend, and we will show you why in photographs.

When a roof has reached the point where repairs are just an annual expense, we will say so and give you the restoration number beside the repair number. You decide with both in front of you.

Why It Matters

A Repair Should Answer a Question, Not Just Stop a Drip

The leak is rarely where the stain is.

Water tracks along decking and insulation before it shows up inside. Chasing the ceiling stain is how buildings end up with the same leak three times. We trace it back to the entry point first.

You get the photos either way.

Every repair comes back with pictures of what we found and what we did. If the roof has years left, you will see that. If it does not, you will see that too, before you are asked to spend anything bigger.

Repairs should not void what you already have.

If your roof is still under a manufacturer warranty, the wrong patch can end it. We work to the system’s requirements so the coverage you paid for survives the repair.

How a Repair Runs

Four Steps From Call to Closed Out

01

Get out and look

We walk the roof, not just the ceiling below it, and photograph everything: seams, flashings, curbs, drains and the state of the field.

02

Find the actual entry point

Water travels. We trace it back to where it is getting in, and moisture scan when the damage suggests the insulation is wet.

03

Repair to the system

The fix matches what is already on the roof, sealed and reinforced properly rather than smeared with sealant that fails by spring.

04

Show you the roof honestly

You get the photos, the repair detail, and a straight answer on whether the roof is worth repairing again next year or worth restoring instead.

Still Deciding?
Talk it through with the owner, not a call center.

A free, photo-documented assessment and honest numbers on restore versus replace.

We answer the phone and get eyes on the roof quickly, and on active leaks that is the priority. Call 814-720-1081 and you will speak to someone who can actually schedule it rather than a call center taking a message.

Yes, and we would rather tell you before you spend money than after. Some roofs need a repair and another ten years of ordinary service. Some are past that, and patching them is throwing good money after bad. You get the photos and both numbers.

It can, if it is done outside the manufacturer’s requirements. That is one of the most common ways building owners lose coverage they already paid for. We repair to the system that is on your roof so the warranty stays intact.

Yes. Most of the roofs we repair were installed by somebody else. We work on flat and low-slope systems, metal, and foam, and we will tell you honestly if a system is outside what we do well.

It depends entirely on what is wrong, which is why we will not quote a number over the phone before looking. The assessment is free and photo-documented, so the price you get is tied to something you can see rather than a guess.
