Home / National Contractor
We are not trying to be the national commercial roofing contractor that does everything everywhere. We work across state lines on one thing: restoring and coating commercial roofs, to one specification, with one point of accountability.
Certified To Install
It gets patched, it holds through one dry spell, and it is back the next time the wind drives rain the wrong way.
We find where the water actually gets in before anyone quotes you a system.
A full tear-off was quoted on a roof that may not need one, and nobody showed you the condition of the deck.
We say so when a roof does not need replacing, even though replacing it pays us more.
Mil thickness, ponding ratios, a system name you were told to trust. You are responsible for the building and cannot check a word of it.
Nothing happens on your roof without you knowing first. That is the rule here, not a slogan.
That is the one that costs the most and it is the reason this company exists. The contractor who came in sixty thousand dollars cheaper than us on a roof nearby is no longer trading. We are the ones installing the replacement.
Ask us who services your roof in year three. It is the only question on this page we can answer with a name.
The national roofing category is contested by very large firms and we are not going to out-scale them. What we can do is be unambiguously better at one thing across many locations, which is restoring commercial roofs instead of replacing them.
For an owner whose portfolio is full of roofs quoted for tear-off, that specialty is worth more than coverage maps.
The common failure in multi-property roofing is not a bad roof. It is thirty buildings each handled by whoever was local and available, to thirty different standards, with no comparable record of any of it.
One specification and one reporting format is unglamorous and it is most of the value. That is what the program formalizes.
The same preparation standard, the same detail treatment and the same mil thickness in every state. Portfolios go wrong when each market gets a different local answer and nobody can compare the results.
You are not managing a roster of regional contractors with different reporting and different standards. A multi state commercial roofing program means one relationship, one set of records.
Every roof surveyed, scored and reported the same way, so buildings can be ranked against each other honestly rather than by who complained loudest.
Coverage attaches to the roof, with the documentation held per property. The asset management program is where that lives for a portfolio.
Locations, building types, rough areas and anything you already know about the roofs. Best guesses are fine.
Every roof walked, photographed and scored on the same scale, with moisture scanning where roofs warrant it.
A multi-year plan with restore and replace numbers per building and a reason attached to the ordering.
Scheduled by priority and by season, with the same specification everywhere. The multi-property page covers the commercial side.
Straight answers on cost, timeline, and what a restoration actually involves. No jargon, no sales pressure.
A free, photo-documented assessment and honest numbers on restore versus replace.
We are a Western Pennsylvania company that works as a national commercial roofing contractor on multi-property portfolios beyond it, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a branch network we do not have. If your portfolio needs a contractor with permanent crews in forty states, that is not us and we will say so early.
By treating the portfolio as the unit of work rather than the individual building: surveys and scheduling grouped geographically and seasonally, with the same crews and the same specification traveling to the work. It is why this suits portfolios and does not suit a single distant building.
Because restoration is a different discipline from replacement, and a portfolio restored rather than replaced is a materially different number. If what you need is tear-offs at scale, a large general contractor is a reasonable choice. Our argument is the specialty one.
Genuinely a judgment rather than a rule. A cluster of buildings in one region, or a portfolio with enough roofs to plan across years, is where this works. One building three states away is usually better served locally and we will tell you that.
The same company, and the same owner. That is the entire pitch and it is why the accountability page exists.
